Everyone at the surgery was very helpful as I have been trying to have a hearing test for over a year and Specsavers keep referring back. Receptionist very sympathetic and arranged appt following morning. I was seen by nurse and also a consultant paramedic who arranged further tests and referred me to ENT as nothing was happening with Specsavers. The surgery couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating.

Nothing really. I have always found surgery very helpful and always managed to either get appt or a returned phone call in response to e consult forms.

Its a lot better now, when you phone in there are clear directions which help greatly and the chance of a call-back too.

A hand sanitiser dispenser that is clean and regularly topped-up to use before you enter the main reception.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I was told I was having a blood test about my B12 levels and it wasn’t, it was a general blood test and I had my B12 injection the next day without results. You can’t have too many B12 injections so ‘one’ doesn’t really need to have a blood test to have an injection for B12,, maybe just to see the levels out of interest but it’s impossible to have too much B12! Just found it a little intrusive
